THREE QUESTIONS WITH ED & ROSIE
What is the most exotic destination you have been to?
Ed: ‘Dreams of the exotic lead me to Vanuatu where I lived in the small village of Hog Harbour for 9 months. The experience was completely life changing and set me on the path to working in travel.’
Rosie: ‘Depends how you define exotic! If it's defined as exciting, diverse and intoxicating I would have to say Indonesia - there's so much diversity on each and every Island and thousands of them to explore.’

Which country has the best food?
Ed: ‘Home cooked Indian food. My mother-in-law makes me dhal and roti every week, it’s my absolute favourite.’
Rosie: ‘Thailand, every time’
Favourite travel book?
Ed: ‘Born to Run, A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen. If it can be classed as a travel book, it combines my love of Anthropology, running and travelling to (and learning from) indigenous communities.’
Rosie: ‘I know it's such a cliché but Eat, Pray, Love (please don't judge) - Italy, Indonesia and India are three of my absolute favourite countries though and this book just makes you want to head straight back to each of them.’
