Cristina: ‘Red wine and cheese’
Alexis: ‘Mezcal and chocolate.’

Where is your favourite place in country and why?
Cristina: ‘My favourite place is in the Sierra Nevada mountains, at Casa Oropendola. One can spend days on end just reading, relaxing, eating, drinking and trekking. And the sunsets over the mountains and the ocean below are by far the best in Colombia.’
Alexis: ‘I love the Pacific Coast. The rawness of the culture, the breath-taking landscapes and how wild and untouched everything is.’
Favourite national dish?
Cristina: ‘Cazuela de Mariscos – coconut seafood soup’
Alexis: ‘Octopus ceviche’
