 THREE QUESTIONS WITH AMY

Who is the ‘AW Private Travel’ traveller?

“They are curious travellers who want to experience the most amazing journeys that will enhance and enrich their lives.

What is your favourite travel book?

“The Happy Isles of Oceania - Paddling the Pacific by Paul Theroux.

An amazing book of adventure and exploration, getting off the beaten track and the ocean - some of my favourite things! The author kayaks from northern Australia throughout the Pacific Islands meeting locals and learning the customs and I love this part of the world.

What are your flight survival tips?

“An eye mask, ear plugs, a sleeping pill if its a night flight, or a good box set or book if day flight. Plenty of water. Although I always have a Bloody Mary as a tradition too!”

“The life-changing experiences I have been fortunate enough to enjoy have made me realise the profound impact that people have on every holiday and journey we undertake.”
